Is this real land?

Yes! You are purchasing a 1-square-inch souvenir plot of land. While the plot is too small for development, the deed represents a legal interest in a specific parcel of Las Vegas.

Can I make my ownership public record?

While your deed is notarized and valid as a souvenir, you can choose to have it formally recorded with the County Recorder for an additional filing fee. This puts your ownership on the public record.

Do I have to pay property taxes?

No. Las Vegas Deeds handles all master property taxes and maintenance fees for the parcel, so you can enjoy your status as a landowner without the paperwork.

Can I actually visit my land?

We provide the general GPS coordinates of the larger parcel. While we don't recommend trying to find your specific 1-inch square, you are welcome to visit the general area.

Is this as scam?
